Shipping prices vary depending on where you are located. When you enter in your mailing address at checkout, your unique options will be provided.

In order to receive a full refund: a request for a return authorization must be received by Sunny & Sass within 72 hours of product receipt by the customer. To request a return authorization, email info@sunnyandsass.com and include your order number and receipt information. The product must be returned to Sunny & Sass within 10 business days, in its original packaging, and must contain zero proof of wear and tear.

If you are requesting a return authorization because you received a damaged item, you must include specific documentation of damage. Photo and/or video documentation is most preferred. The same return policy applies in these cases, although if an item is returned with additional damage outside of what is initially documented, a full refund may not be issued.

Items must be returned to Sunny & Sass in their original state and may only be exchanged for the same item, or for store credit.

We accept all common credit cards and PayPal.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that your order has been shipped.

We use Authorize.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa, as our secure payment gateway provider.

Sunny & Sass is all digital! While we may open a store or may even have “pop-ups” in the future, all of our dresses are available here on the website. Please feel free to call or send us a note with any product questions and we'll get back to you ASAP!

Absolutely! Size charts are available on each product page. We ALWAYS recommend to check the size chart to ensure you’ll get the best fit. Not sure how to measure? Google has all of the answers for that :)

Very important! Each dress is a little different, so please check the size chart on the dress page and measure yourself accurately. This is always a good rule of thumb to ensure you’re getting the right fit. Pro tip: do this for ALL online shopping, always.

Most product pages list the fabric of that particular dress. If you need information that is not listed on the product page, just reach out and we are happy to help.

Right now we only ship within the United States. We may offer international shipping options in the near future, however, so stay tuned!
