We hope you love your Sunny & Sass purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress:

Refunds

Receive a refund on any qualifying item.

Return/Replace Items

Returns and replacements require a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item.

Exchanges

Size not quite right? Call us to exchange for a new size.

  • Exchanges: Should you need a different size or color in the same style dress, please call 1-888-843-7766. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Refunds:Regular-priced items may be returned  for a full refund, unless otherwise stated.  
  • Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process, or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method. If you use our prepaid shipping label, a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 for the first item and $4.95 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchange option is not available if you purchased using Afterpay.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Your order is important to us!

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery Times

We are not currently experiencing any shipping delays on in-stock styles due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Shipments from our U.S. distribution center are adhering to the timelines below. For additional questions, click here.

All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date is a processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

* Business Days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday).

Order Delay

We at Sunny & Sass take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.

Signature Required

Any orders of $500 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the shipping provider will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. The shipping provider will not be able to leave the package.
