Refunds

Receive a refund on any qualifying item.

Return/Replace Items

Returns and replacements require a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# must be requested within 72 hours of the receipt of the item. Click the button below to request a return authorization. Please include your original order number.

Exchanges

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Exchanges:Should you need a different size or color in the same style dress, please call 470-500-SASS. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.  
  • Refunds:Regular-priced items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping), unless otherwise stated.  
  • Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Earrings are non-refundable.
  • Shoes must be returned to Sunny & Sass in their original state with no signs of wear and tear. Do not try on shoes outside or on hard surfaces to prevent unintentional scuffs.

You must request a return authorization number within 72 hours of order delivery according to the shipping carrier. Once you receive the return authorization, you must ship the item back within 5 days.

A prepaid shipping label will be sent with your return authorization number. A shipping & handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping & Delivery for Your Sunny & Sass Order

Your order is important to us!

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and the ability to follow your package while it makes its way to you. Shipping rates & times

Currently, we will ship to anywhere in the United States using USPS, UPS or FedEx.. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday 10:00 am PT until 3:00 pm PT. Your order will arrive within the delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Business days are Monday through Friday (non-holidays).

Delivery Times

We are not currently experiencing any shipping delays on in-stock styles due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Shipments from our distribution warehouse are adhering to the standard shipping timelines. For additional questions, contact us.

All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 11 AM ET will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 11 AM ET will be shipped the following business day. The shipping date is a processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

* Business Days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday). Observed holidays are listed in our Terms & Conditions.

Security Standards/Potential Delays

Sunny & Sass takes the security of our customers and their personal information very seriously. To protect our customers from potential fraud, we have engaged transaction reviews and fraud alerts. If your order triggers a review, you will be contacted immediately. Please work with our fraud prevention team to confirm your customer information and your order to avoid any delay. Flagged orders will be held until the customer satisfies the confirmation requirements. Any delay in shipping due to our fraud prevention process is not the responsibility of Sunny & Sass.

Signature Required

Any order of $500 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the shipping provider will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. The shipping provider will not be able to leave the package. We are not responsible for delays due to inability to deliver packages.
